Return Policies
If at any time within 15 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, we would be more than happy to process a return for you. Simply email us at orders@thesecretserumskincare.com regarding your return.

To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new or barely used condition. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified via email.

Please note, The Secret Serum does not cover the cost of return shipping fees.

Shipping Methods
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 business days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed. Please be aware that shipping estimates given at checkout do not account for order processing time.

Shipping Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes. All of our products are made using natural ingredients only. Free of parabens and preservatives. Always consult with your doctor first to be 100% sure.

What products do you recommend for ACNE?

Our foaming facial cleanser, brightening turmeric scrub, and hydrating vitamin serum have proven to clear acne breakouts.
Where is my tracking number?

As soon as you place your order a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided. Tracking numbers are sent in a separate email once your order is processed. Order processing can take up to 1-2 business days.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We are currently only shipping to cities and states located within the U.S. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products please shoot us an email at orders@thesecretserumskincare.com
What if my package was stolen?

Email us immediately at orders@thesecretserumskincare.com so that we can track your package and confirm if it was delivered to the correct address.
Can your products be used by MEN?

Yes! All of our products are UNISEX and are suitable for both men and women.
Can I use these products on other parts of my body?

Yes. We’ve had many success stories of people using our products on places other than their face and seeing positive results. Always do a patch test on your skin before using on a large area.
Can I use the hydrating vitamin serum in my hair?

Yes! All of the ingredients are suitable for scalp use.
How do I use my products?

Each order is packaged with instructional cards that detail how to use each product. We also have multiple videos linked on our IG that demonstrate how to use your products in real time.
