Return Policies
If at any time within 15 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, we would be more than happy to process a return for you. Simply email us at orders@thesecretserumskincare.com regarding your return.
To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new or barely used condition. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified via email.
Please note, The Secret Serum does not cover the cost of return shipping fees.
Shipping Methods
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 business days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed. Please be aware that shipping estimates given at checkout do not account for order processing time.

Shipping Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.
