RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:

All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact orders@thesecretserumskincare.com. To properly assist you, please include your name and order number in the subject line.

Exchanges: 

Product must contain original packaging to qualify. The Secret Serum Skincare reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized. To request an exchange, email orders@thesecretserumskincare.com with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This may take longer during new releases or major holidays.

The Secret Serum Skincare will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped.
